Refund policy

Returns

Contact Lenses may be returned within 30 days of the order delivery date. All contact lens boxes must be unopened, unmarked and in the original packaging.

Refund

Items returned will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges within 30 days of purchase are free; Exchanges after 30 days are subject to a $3 restocking fee per box.

All contact lenses exchanged after 30 days must have an expiration date minimum of 2 years. The boxes shall be unopened, unmarked and in the original packaging.

Return Shipping

We do not cover return shipping except for orders returned for discrepancies or defects.

Discrepancies or Defects?

Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery date for any package discrepancies or defects. We will provide a prepaid shipping label to exchange or refund the item.

Items must be received back to our warehouse prior to refunding.
